This enrollment allows you to be automatically renewed for the upcoming season when the season is announced. You won’t have to worry about losing your seats and you will be among the first to access online season seat upgrades. When you enroll in Auto Renew, you can choose to pay in full or the exclusive 7 Payment Plan. You know you will renew, so why not make it easy and let us do the work for you?

- The $20 Auto-Renew deposit charged at enrollment will be applied to the total cost of your season package
- If you change your mind once the season is announced, contact us within 30 days of the announcement and we’ll refund you in full and cancel your subscription
Auto Renew Program
Enroll in our hassle-free, annual Season Ticket Auto-Renew Program.
- Enroll today with a $20 (fully refundable) deposit. This is only charged upon enrollment and applies to your package cost. Once enrolled, we’ll renew you automatically season after season.
- When the season is announced, we’ll charge your card according to your designated payment choice (pay in full or our interest-free payment plan) and you’ll be all set. If you change your mind once the season is revealed, contact us within 30 days of the first charge and we will issue a full refund and cancel your seats.
- When it is time for seat upgrades, Auto-Renew participants get the FIRST CHOICE of available seats.
- You will be automatically renewed season after season, and we will always notify you prior to charging your card.
- You may cancel your initial enrollment and receive a refund of your $100 deposit at any time prior to the season announcement without penalty by calling Season Ticket Services at (866) 821-2929 (Monday – Friday: 10 AM – 6 PM & Saturday: 10 AM – 4 PM).
- If you change your mind and do not wish to renew once the season is revealed and your card has been charged, contact us within 30 days of the first charge and we will issue a full refund and cancel your seats.
- If you would like to keep your season seats but opt out of the Auto-Renew program, simply notify us to discontinue. We will no longer renew your seats automatically each year. To keep your seats, you will need to renew manually each year by the designated deadline.
- Because you are automatically renewed, you won’t miss the deadline and risk losing your season seats
- Each year, you’ll have FIRST ACCESS to season seat upgrades
- For your peace of mind and convenience, we will notify you before a charge is made and your account is always available for you to review online
- You will be enrolled into a 7-payment plan (exclusive to Auto-Renew patrons). You can pay the remaining balance in full at any time.
NOTHING TO LOSE: The one-time $20 deposit is applied to your season package cost. AND if you change your mind once the season is revealed, contact us within 30 days of being charged your first payment. We’ll refund you in full and cancel your seats.

- Season Announcement Day (FEBRUARY): The card on file will be charged for 1/7th of your total and an email notification will be sent. NOTE: Your $20 deposit will be applied to your first payment. Also, any existing Account Credit on account will be applied to balance due.
- The remaining 6 payments will be charged on these dates: March 14, April 14, May 14, June 14, July 14, & August 14 2025. You can pay off the remaining balance in full at any time prior to the final payment.
- You agree to the Broadway in Tucson Season Ticket Terms and Conditions.
- Your Broadway in Tucson yearly subscription will automatically renew every year until you cancel.
- You can cancel your Auto Renew subscription at any time. If you cancel prior to the season announcement, you will not be automatically charged but you will still have the option to renew manually at your discretion once the season is announced via your online account or over the phone.
- If you cancel your Auto Renew subscription after the season is announced, you will be removed from Auto Renew for future seasons.
- Additionally, you have 30 days from the date your card is charged to request a full refund for the newly announced season.
- When the new season is announced, you will be automatically enrolled in a 7-Payment Plan. There are no fees and no penalty for paying off your payment plan early. The deposit amount you paid to enroll will be deducted from your total package price.
- You will be notified at least 5 days in advance with the amount of your first payment and the date you will be charged.
- You may cancel your Auto Renew plan at any time and/or request a full season refund (within 30 days of the season announcement) by calling us at (866) 821-2929 or emailing us at SeasonTickets@BroadwayinTucson.com.
