The Flux Capacitor | $12 Rum, Midori, lime juice, and simple syrup shaken with a slice of jalapeño. Served in a coupe and garnished with a lime. Created by Ryne Hoffman

The Heavy Manhattan | $14 Whiskey, sweet vermouth, Ramazotti, and bitters, stirred to perfection. Served in a rocks glass with a cherry garnish. Created by Ryne Hoffman
