The Broadway in Tucson Information table is located in the theater lobby at each performance. A volunteer representative is always available to answer questions and hand out performance schedules and ticket information. Adjacent to the table is the House Management staff of the venue who hand out assisted-listening devices. Listening devices are available at no charge; however, patrons must provide an I.D. card which will be held until the device is returned at the end of the show. Booster seats are also available from the House Manager or from an usher.
The Lobby opens one hour prior to the performance. For most performances (weather permitting), outdoor bars and concession stands are available beginning 90 minutes prior to the performance.
Lobby concessions include full-service bars, sodas and water, gourmet coffee service, desserts, ice cream and assorted other snacks. You may bring all of these items in to the seating area with you to enjoy during the performance.
The seating area opens one-half hour prior to the performance. Please note that if you are late, you will be held in the lobby area until an appropriate break in the action of the performance. Latecomer entrance times vary with each show as they are governed by the touring production with respect to the safety of the performers.
Cameras and recording devices are strictly prohibited in the theater. As a courtesy to the performers and your fellow patrons, be sure to turn off your cellular telephones and any other beeping alarms.
Babes in Arms
Out of respect for fellow audience members and the performers, babes in arms are not permitted in the theatre during performances. Please note that regardless of age, all patrons need a ticket.
Many Broadway in Tucson productions are geared toward an adult audience. We are always sure to note if a performance contains mature subject matter, but we leave the ultimate discretion up to the parent or guardian. Please note that regardless of age, all patrons need a ticket.
